We ship anywhere in the World that UPS delivers and ship in stock items within 72 hours, most orders received by 8:30 am Eastern time are shipped the same day. 

All orders must be placed via the website and include the item numbers to ensure accuracy of processing your order.  Any order cancelled after shipping will be treated as a return. (see below)

SHIPPING:

 

 

  

We will ship either UPS or USPS.  We primarily use UPS, but for small light items that are shipped, USPS Priority is sometimes less expensive.  Most of the heavier items on the website have weights listed.  Keep in mind that UPS rounds up to the nearest pound so 4oz or 15oz cost the same to ship. 16oz to 31oz would also cost the same (Billed as 2lbs).

 Also, if you go to the UPS website and use their calculator, you will see that the difference in shipping between 1lb and 2lbs is minimal. You can go to their website and calculate shipping costs based on weight as well as origin and destination zip codes.  We ship from zip code 07073.

 You should also note that some items that are very large but light are charged a dimensional weight. ( 48" x 52" for example)  

 

 

 USPS:

 

 

Please Note:  It is our policy to ship items with tracking numbers to confirm receipt by your customers.  On certain small, very light items, shipping would be less if shipped First Class Mail however there is no tracking number for these packages. 

 

Some of our customers prefer this method of shipping on certain packages and we are happy to oblige, however we assume no responsibility for claims by your customers for non- receipt of product

 

Having said that, we have not had an instance where a customer claimed they did not receive the item thus far.

In addition, please keep in mind that USPS items are not insuredUPS packages are insured to $100.00We assume no responsibility for USPS packages that are damaged during transit.

 

 

If you prefer First Class Mail as your shipping method, you must indicate this when placing your order.  Again, we assume no responsibility for claims by your customers for non- receipt of product in this instance.

 

 

RETURNS:

 

 

If the product is in Brand New and Re-Saleable condition, we will credit your account for the price of the item itself, but we will NOT credit for the shipping fees.  You will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to us. 

If the product is not in Re-Saleable condition it would be best to contact us.  

 

 If the product is damaged in delivery, the customer must report any visible damage to the box upon delivery to the carrier (UPS, etc.) and seek credit from the carrier.  

 

 Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, the product is defective, or the error is otherwise ours, we will correct it.

 

 

Shipping Damages:

 

 

All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. 

 

If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS or USPS – within 24 hours. 

 

All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. 

 

Please notify us of the damage, after you have reported the claim to the shipping company.
